Information for Collecting Import Consignments

Consignees in Hong Kong will be notified after the arrival of the shipment. After receiving our notification, please approach our cargo services counter at 5/F, Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal (CPCT), 3 Chun Wan Road, Hong Kong International Airport. Before taking delivery, the consignee will have to present necessary documents, such as ID card / passport and company chop. Depending on the nature of the shipment, a letter of authorisation, a bank endorsement and an import license / permit may be required.

The amount due as indicated on the total collect charges column of the air waybill is to be settled before delivery of the shipment. We accept EPS and cash only. 

The storage period will commence at 0001 hours on the day following arrival.
First 48 hours, including Sunday or public holidays – Free
Thereafter for any 24-hour period or part thereof – HKD2.20 per KG
Minimum charge per consignment – HKD40.00

For valuable cargo, the first 48-hour period is also free of charge. This period shall not include Sunday or public holidays. The next three 24-hour periods (include Sundays and public holidays) or part thereof shall be charged at HKD2.20 per kilo per day, with a minimum charge of HKD40.00 per consignment.

A minimum charge of HKD300.00 per 24-hour period or part thereof will be levied from the 4th and subsequent periods.
