Animals must travel in a proper cage with sufficient ventilation, space for movement, and access to water and food when appropriate. All acceptance and handling procedures are in full compliance with both IATA and local standards and requirements

Our professionally trained and experienced staff adopt the highest standards of care for your live animals. We can accommodate animal attendants on board our freighters on request

Controlled environment

Flight crew manage cargo compartment temperature. Sufficient in-flight ventilation will be provided

Following extensive consultation with expert veterinarians, we are happy to announce that our Live Animal LIFT solution is now accepting a wide number of brachycephalic breeds for carriage from Hong Kong.
